Beans are our tradition food of Sotho. And spinach it’s
flow porridge you make with maize meal. Bread it’s you
make with cake flower. And tripe is our tradition food. Meat
and porridge it’s a stiff porridge you make with maize
meal that we call pap and vleis .
Bohobe bread its bread you make with cake-flower and yeast
and sugar, salt and low water.
Moqombothi its like a beer you make it with yeast, bread,
pineapple.
And tripe!
