Are you good at solving problems?
Do you work in a planned and organised way? Do you discuss problems with other
people or try and work it out on your own? This page is about improving your ability to solve
problems.
To show how good you are at solving problems, you have to provide evidence that you can:
- Talk about your understanding
of the given problem with an appropriate person and identify two ways of solving it
- Plan and try out at least one of these options for solving the problem
- Check if the problem has been solved by following an agreed plan.
- Identify a problem and discuss two options for solving it
- Plan and try out at least one option for solving the problem
- Check if the problem has been solved by applying an agreed plan.
- Explore a complex problem and discuss three options for solving it.
- Plan and implement at least one option for solving the problem.
- Apply agreed methods to check if the problem has been solved.
